Well, where do we begin?

Lynne and her team have gone over and above to care for Bernice. The girls were looking after mum/nan for 7 years. They provided loving care and became "her girls" and true friends. We really cannot thankyou enough for the professional, courteous and empathetic manner with which you dealt with Bernice.

We first got introduced through Delcare as our mum started to worsen with her dementia. Not only was my mum in safe and caring hands but so were we as a family. There was not one point where we doubted anything and they always made time for any question, phone call or text which just shows how much they care for not only their clients but the well being of their families.

They were always very honest and nothing was too much for them and they had our full trust from day one and for a family in the unknown of the development with mums condition was always very comforting that we weren't alone through it. Being able to see the updates through Birdie gave us another level of comfort as we could see they type of day mum was having which was such a lovely feeling. I honestly couldn't recommend Delcare enough to anyone.

I would like to thank all of the amazing carers who cared and made my mum so happy on the good and also bad days because they felt more like friends more than carers which made it so special. Also to Lynne and Rhi where we couldn't have gone through this journey without you both being so supportive.

They came at a time when myself and my brother and sister were struggling with my parents and trying to hold down full time jobs. All the staff of Delcare are wonderful people, nothing is too much trouble and I trust them totally. They ere kind, friendly and caring. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I cannot speak highly enough of Delcare . The team have been providing care for my mum since last summer . All of the girls are lovely and Lynne and Rhiannon have also been brilliant . Nothing is too much trouble . Would definitely recommend.

Exceptional emergency support and absolute peace of mind.

Earlier this year, our 84 year old mum became quite ill with a virus. Neither my brother nor I live close by so we were incredibly stressed when we realised we couldn’t travel to her quickly enough to help.

A former employee recommended Delcare to us, and we are so immensely grateful they did. Lynne, the owner, absolutely pulled out all the stops. Despite the short notice, she arranged emergency support for mum twice a day for a full week until she was back on her feet.

Mum can be quite a fussy person, but she genuinely liked all the carers who came to visit her, which speaks volumes about their warmth, patience, and professionalism. Being so far away, the app was an absolute lifeline for me. It was very easy to use and allowed me to read all the detailed notes the carers left after each visit, keeping us fully in the loop and reassured.

Although mum proudly refused further support once she was better, having Delcare step in provided massive peace of mind for my brother and I during a difficult time. Going forward, we hope that if and when the time comes that mum needs more regular support in her own home, the transition will be so much easier for her because she already knows and trusts the wonderful team at Delcare.

The team are helpful, understanding, friendly and very caring to my dad and also to me. They have a laugh with him and treat him with respect. We couldn't wish for better carers, they are like family.

I can't complain about the service my mother received from the staff of DelCare in the Community. The staff treat their clients as people, not a burden. DelCare has a good team of carers on its staff. This is a special message to the carers who looked after my mother through the last days of her life, all 93 years, all her carers and the manager. DelCare provided excellent care for 10 years for my mother.
